2005.12.19 MEETING NOTES

Location

Davis Library

Project Reports

  • Demo — none this month

  • Installfests — no news

  • LERT — No activity. Send email to lert@lugod.org if you need emergency Linux help.

  • Library — No activity. Send email to librarian@lugod.org if you'd like to borrow any books. (See www.lugod.org/library )

Other Business

  • Financial Report — $38.00 in voluntary dues were collected.

The treasurer is currently preparing to close the books for 2005 and will be releasing a year-end report on the web site shortly. All reimbursements for Picn*x14 are paid as well as all of LUGOD's own bills for the year.

Presentation

  • Bill Kendrick, creator of Tux Paint, did a presentation on the project from a technical and project management standpoint.
