Officer Elections (mostly)

Running unopposed, and with no objections from the attendance at last night's meeting [http://www.lugod.org/meeting/past/2008.04.21.php], LUGOD's officers [http://www.lugod.org/members/officers/] were elected: Bill Kendrick was elected root (president), Henry House was elected to remain /dev/null (treasurer), and Nick Schmalenberger was elected to remain typescript (secretary). Noone was nominated for sys (vice president), so Bill Kendrick currently maintains that position. Nominations continue to be open for sys; send your nomination to typescript [mailto:typescript@lugod.org].
