No but like other browsers it caches URLs and their content.
All I can imagine is that (perhaps in error) it's fetching 
old content for some HTTP requests.  The only place it can 
get old content is from its own cache (or from that of a 
proxy server, if it's configured to use one).

Again, this assumes other browsers on the same machine do 
not exhibit the same problem.
