[vox] OT writing requests for grants...

Hello,

I am looking for suggestions from people on what/how to write proposals
for research projects that get funded, and pointers on how to keep your
fellow students focused and geared up to the task of the research. I am
looking to plan something for application next year for the summer after
nextm so I have many months but am seeking input ftom anyone who has
started such a process. (This will likely be Undergrad research project
which are offered by the NSF, and others.)

Other suggestions and clues for the day-to-day operations and dealing
with the people on the project to maintain focus and anything else you
can think of would also be desired.

Also, ideas on how to do cross-departmental research with people from
different fields, and retain their support and experience would be well
received.

Thanks!
-ME
