[vox] [job] TCP/IP guru

[another fwd from SVLUG list]

Panasas is searching for a person with the following skils. You can send
mail to rsharpe[at]panasas.com and I will forward your details.

Searching for a candidate with an intimate knowledge of TCP/IP kernel
internals, with at least 3 years of hands-on development experience with
BSD-based TCP/IP implementations. Experience with other UNIX-based
TCP/IP implementations would be very helpful. Candidate will deal with
all aspects of assuring high TCP/IP throughput, interactions of TCP/IP
with Ethernet link aggregation, and hardening TCP/IP against a variety
of attacks. Experience tuning TCP/IP implementations for optimal
performance on a given platform is highly desired. The candidate will
also select or develop benchmarks to validate network equipment and
designs to ensure high throughput. Knowledge of IPsec, Diffserv, SACK,
RDMA protocols, VLANs, and high-performance ULPs is desired. Experience
with hardware- and software-based protocol analysis tools highly
desirable.

The ideal candidate will be self-starting, highly motivated, and
exceptionally skilled in the areas of UNIX kernel development and
performance analysis/tuning.

Regards
