I've been asked this a lot, lately.
The answer is simple:

  I just email them ;)


I feel like a total dumbsh*t.  When I invited Rasmus to come talk,
I forgot it was HE who actually MADE PHP. :)

My /specific/ reason for inviting HIM was that he talked about PHP
in the past in Santa Rosa.  I figured he was local. ;)

He is... he also just happened to be PHP's CREATOR. ;)
