Try spam.pl ( http://spam.sf.net/ ) or ricochet ( http://vipul.net/ricochet/ 
) they will automaticly trace the headers and find email addresses to 
complain to. spam.pl also complains to owners of sites advertised in the 
body. If you use a real from address you'll often get confirmation that the 
spamer has beed LART'ed.
