I've tweaked the website search pages that Henry put up.

Firstly, I've moved them to the following spots:

  http://www.lugod.org/search/       [ no longer "/search.php" ]

and:

  http://www.lugod.org/mailinglists/search/     [ ditto ]


Also, the main search page searches _everything_ EXCEPT the mailing lists.
The mailing list search page searches ONLY the mailing lists.


And finally, I also replaced the cruddy looking htDIG left/right arrow images
and star with some images that look a little nicer. ;)


I also added a "Search" link for the entire site below the sidebar
(by the "Printable" and "Home" links), and added a "Search" subitem to
the "Mailing Lists" item on the sidebar.
