Ha, well then you dive into my full setup...

I have a ~/lib/bash, which is git repository (so you can push and pull
from multiple machines) full of bash files containing functions,
settings, etc.

Then my .bashrc has this in it:

    for file in $HOME/lib/bash/* ; do
        case $file in
            *~)    ;;
            *.bak) ;;
            *)     . $file ;;
