Also see if you can map an alternate mouse button to open links in
new tabs.  (e.g., Left-Click == Open link in this window/tab,
Middle-Click == Open link in new tab)

That way, rather than "Right-Click... move mouse to 'Open in new tab'...
Click again...", it's just "Middle-Click"! :^)
