True, but many programs compile against the tcpwrappers library and honor
it, as linux nfs does.  Note that portmap and mountd are usually
separated, each requiring it's own allow.

eg:

portmap: 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0
mountd: 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0
