hi jim,

congrats on the suse install.  suse is a good OS, and i used it for a
good long time before switching to debian.

we'd love to help, but you don't actually say what the problem is!
without knowing what's wrong, nobody will know how to help.

asking questions is not as easy as it sounds.  it definitely takes some
getting used to, especially to newcomers.  this might be a good first
step.  it's short and sweet:
