[vox-tech] shortcut keys

Hello,

I'm using Red Hat 8 and am missing a feature from Red Hat 7.3 that 
allowed me to define key combinations to open applications and perform 
other functions.  There is an applet to change existing keyboard 
shortcuts under Gnome Menu> Preferencs> Keyboard Shortcuts, but I can't 
add new shortcuts.

Is there some other software that I could use to define shortcut keys?
