Nah!  It's all good!  Remember, Linux (rather, Unix in general) is a
multi-user system.  Not _everyone_ is even SUPPOSED to have root access..

But they ARE still supposed to be able to install stuff! :)

I was very happy with Loki's installer (used by their port of Heavy Gear
and by Vicarious Vision's Terminus)...  I was _easily_ able to install
as non-root user.  Very nice! :)
