[vox-outreach] Skipping GTC this year?

I'm guessing we're skipping GTC this year, unless we can round up volunteers
mighty fast.  (I'm not even sure if we can get a free booth, even at this
point, but that's merely because I haven't spoken with the GTC folks yet.)

Also, if we do, we'll definitely need someone to full coordinate it,
as I'm too far away, and barely have time to coordinate WEF, which is
right before GTC. :)
