Wow.  They're paying the same amount ($14/hour) that the City of  
Davis paid me to do part-time web dev stuff (payroll, not invoicing)  
in 1995, when I was in high school.

I support the efforts of the LGC, but man...   That's not exactly the  
best way to attract talent.
