> 		o	Solid working knowledge of DirectShow architecture
> and ability to implement DirectShow filters
> 		o	Create Win32/XP install, and help, files
> *	Linux (including 2.6)
> 		o	GNU tools (gStreamer, and FFMPEG, experience

> *	Familiarity with USB 2.0 and PCI driver development, and high speed
