[vox-jobs] Unix, Kernel (I/O) contract job in South Bay, CA

I work for a recruiting firm in Sunnyvale, and we focus on consulting work. I have a job opportunity where my client needs a strong Unix, C, driver/kernel guy, prefereably someone with a storage (SCSI, SAN, etc...) background. My client is specifically looking for a someone who gets into the I/O subsystems, not just into memory management libraries. Would prefer people who know files systems at the kernel level.

Musts:
- Unix Kernel (I/O)
- C
- Networking (ex. TCP/IP)

Plus:
- Storage (ex. SCSI, RAID, SAN, NAS, etc....)

Please contact me ASAP....this would be for a 3-6 month contract job.

regards,
