Asset Management has been engaged with a Documentum partner to implement a Documentum extension. This is mostly project management work, analysis, construction, implementation and training will be completed by the vendor. Working with Asset management to define the Vendor Contract and SOW for the project. Management of the vendor from a deliverable and schedule perspective Schedule and run status meetings. Creation of CMRs and work packages Management of on-site vendor. Working with the NT group to determine if new hardware needs to be purchased, or if we could use existing servers.
