	Senior Software Engineer 

	3PAR Software Engineering is looking for a motivated self-starting
engineer to develop our software solution application. The position will
involve designing, prototyping and implementing at all levels of the AIX
system development and administration associated with 3PAR technology. 
	Requires a BSCS/CE or equivalent technical degree and 7+ years
software design, development experience with a variety of system software,
and vendor-supplied software.  In-depth knowledge of AIX kernel and
experience with operating systems, cluster topologies, multipathing
solutions, SCSI interfaces, development tools, application program
interfaces and operating environments including AIX, HACMP, ODM, MPIO and
Unix Scripting. Familiarity with Storage Area Networking (SAN) technology
(Fibre-channel, RAID) is necessary.   Demonstrated experience system
administrative and developing applications in a cross-platform environment
in UNIX environments are essential. Experience working with technical
writing personnel to produce world-class documentation is required.
Willingness and ability to write test case for the software is desirable.
