Technical Support Scientist - Hyderabad, India

I am assisting to recruit a Technical Support Scientist for full-time
employment in Hyderabad, India.

Required skills:

Ph.D. in chemistry
A broad knowledge of molecular modeling theory and applications
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with
strong problem-solving ability

Optional skills:
Experience with customer support
Experience with pharmaceutical applications of molecular modeling software
tools

Successful candidate should be able to:
Ensure customer satisfaction with our structure-based drug design software
through telephone and e-mail discussions about scientific issues and
software usage and performance
Log and track problems and enhancement requests
Channel customer feedback to the development team
Help the development teams in diagnosing software problems
