Develop Linux Network drivers and socket interface for TCP Offload Engine
(TOE), a new class of network processor. Extensive exp with Linux Kernel,
TCP/IP stack and Linux socket layer. Exp with Socket Layer and TCP stack
development. (3+ yrs of Linux Kernel required)
