Linux Technical Lead 
 
We are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of technical
experience in Linux Application Development and 2 years in leading a
team of 6 - 8 people.
 
Required skills:   
 
* Software Development on the Linux OS. 
* Embedded Software Experience, preferably on handheld devices. 
* QT / Qtopia 
* C++ 
* Development for an commercial customer 
* networked (tcp/ip) application experience 
 
 
Specialty skills: 
 
* Coordinate with Project Management, Technical Managers and Customer
  Understanding to drive the technical execution of the application
  development.
* Lead a team of at least 6-8 people in an application development group. 
* Strong problem solving skills are desired 
* Experience with code management and version control software (CVS/VSS) is
  required 
 
Organizational skills: 
 
* Needs to be a team player with ability to clearly express ideas and
  convince others.
* Ability to plan, prioritize and work under pressure in a small team
  environment. 
* Strong understanding of customer focused development, and the ability to
  involve the customers needs in the decision making process. 
 
Additional Skills: 
 
* Experience in software development using Agile Processes. (Iterative)
