Job description:
This person will be responsible for all aspects of software
development of applications like HTTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP on both linux
and windows platforms. This person will be involved in design,
development,enhancement and delivery of key features in the core
product. The candidate must be an expert in Linux and/or Unix like
platforms.
Skills
Solid Linux-based coding at the application space with detailed
knowledge of HTTP 1.0/1.1 and other protocols Good Networking
background in client/server models
Qualifications
- At least 7 - 10 years of experience building and deploying infrastructure
software products
- Strong experience in building high performance servers
- Deep knowledge in HTTP, FTP, Socket Programming,
- Knowledge of basic TCP/IP concepts and applications
- Strong skills in C development on Linux
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- BSCS/EE required, MSCS/EE preferred
