Systems Software Engineer who has:   

* BS, MS or PhD degree in CS/EE/equivalent
* Excellent personal software development process
* Excellent programming skills in C/C++ 
* Systems-level programming, including exposure in several of the following areas:
* OS internals
* Linux and/or Windows System level programming 
* Assembly language programming (x86 strongly preferred)
* PC architecture

* Devices and/or device emulation

Senior candidates will have 

* 3+ years experience
* leadership ability, big picture view 
* strength in design
* experience shipping software and having to support it for real
* real depth in a few systems areas
