From`what little I've read, it seems like it might be just what some of us
need.  From their "About us" page:

    What if we could all work together to: 

    Set up benefits packages
    Set standards for expertise
    Build our credibility as a resource


It's kind of a Slashdot'ish site.  (In fact, it looks to be based on Slash)
