WebLogic Systems Administrator

This candidate must have the following qualifications:

A. Extensive experience in installing and maintaining BEA WebLogic Server as
   part of a high-availability, three-tier web application. 

B. Hands-on experience with configuring WebLogic servers for high    
   availability, including clustering and failover. Experience with 
   deploying web applications and EJB applications onto WebLogic.

C. Experience with monitoring application performance in a WebLogic
   environment, and ability to work with engineering personnel to pinpoint
   and resolve performance bottlenecks. 

D. Knowledge of configuring web servers (IIS, Apache, iPlanet) and database
   servers (MS SQL Server, Oracle) for use in a production web application.

E. Knowledge of network and systems administration on Windows or Unix/Linux
   platforms.

F. General knowledge in Java, JSP, J2EE, JMX, EJB, Web Services, and IBM
   WebSphere are a strong plus. 

G. BS in Computer Science or related field is a plus.

H. Possess good communication skills, entrepreneur spirit, and a team
   player.
