The Linux Users' Group of Davis (LUGOD), will be holding a meeting on: 

  Monday
  February 18th, 2002
  6:30pm - 9:30pm
  (Doors open at 6:00pm; please try to arrive on-time!)

The topic will be:

  uClinux  (micro-controller Linux)
  presented by: Rob Wehrli, Arizona Cooperative Power
  sponsored by: Hitachi, Ltd. and Arizona Cooperative Power

  Arizona Cooperative Power and Hitachi, Ltd. invite you to join us for a
  night of technical discussion and presentation by Rob Wehrli on the subject
  of uClinux (micro-controller Linux) on the Hitachi H8 microprocessor.

About the speaker:

  Rob Wehrli is the Director of Engineering at Arizona Cooperative Power
  in Glendale, Arizona.  Rob has 10 years of experience with Linux,
  and writes numerous technical articles for various industry publications,
  and has designed a number of exciting platforms including several
  Windows CE and embedded Linux portables before taking on the "uClinux"
  port to the Hitachi H8S-2148 embedded micro-controller.

  His company provides consulting services for embedded (Linux, WinCE),
  desktop and client-server (Windows/UNIX) applications, system integration
  and hardware and software design services for customers of many types.

  (A representative from Hitachi may also be attending this meeting.)
